We founded Corporate Hires in 2007 with a promise to never be an ordinary recruiting company. We promised to steer away from an out-of-touch job search model and “find online-apply online” mentality that is commonplace for so many recruiting firms. We promised ourselves to treat our employees like family, to always keep the focus on exceeding our client’s expectations, and to push our own limits to create meaningful, lasting relationships between the employer and job seeker..

We never aimed to be the biggest recruiting agency or job board in town, and we never aimed for a 23rd floor office building or the other flashy symbols of success. Corporate Hires isn’t about those things. We know that good business depends on delivering the best solutions to fit the needs of our clients. We know that our best work comes from happy, passionate people who believe in what they do.
